The client owns a marketing media company for small- and medium-sized companies. They provide content marketing services and media marketing strategy consulting.
The challenge she was facing…
Regardless of the long hours the client spent working in her business, getting enough revenue was a constant battle. There never seemed to be enough time to do all the work, and that caused high stress levels. Also, their clientele was very heterogeneous, and the service packages were all different and included separate various services.

Th client became clear how much each service required resources to be delivered, and which services brought the biggest value to the client, and which ones she enjoyed most doing. The services that brought low or no profit were discontinued. The focus was put on the high-value services she, as the specialist, knew would bring the best results to her clients. She created more deliberate service packages that were better equipped to bring stronger results to their clientele, and priced the services more accurately based on the value creation her services were designed to produce.

Susan could cut her working time from around the clock to working from 9am to 4pm, and yet, she got all the required client work done on time. This allowed her to invest time in updating herself about her industry, self-development, and having time allocated for quality thinking. Her stress level decreased remarkably; she was able to sleep through the nights, exercise, spend quality time with her spouse and children, and meet friends outside of her business.

We worked on listing all undesired symptoms in his business and deeply worked on identifying his “playground”, the area he felt the most fulfilling and confident in his business, gave his clients high-value, and brought in profits.
Next, we created a realistic strategy focusing on expanding this area. Implementation was balanced with his current situation and scaled up as his situation improved so that he didn’t feel overwhelmed and could follow the action plan.
I coached my client to understand how his business worked now and get clear how he’d want it to work, instead. We established easy to implement routines that protected his time and energy levels and were easy to integrate into his daily schedule. Introducing clearer rules and boundaries slowly, one-by-one helped him further enjoy his business and other areas of his life.

How a FITNESS INSTRUCTOR Went From Breaking Point to Breaking New Customer Records
The client is a Fitness Instructor and runs her own fitness studio. In the first 2 months of working together, she gained more new individual clients and corporate contracts she had during the past six months. Ironically, these two months she gained this boost in her business were months that typically were the worst business months of the year.
The challenge she was facing…
Anna had been losing money in her business for almost a year. The business had been very seasonal and she was feeling nervous about the nearing “dry months.” She had dozens of improvement ideas, but was jumping from one to another and was could not implement anything properly. She was feeling negative about herself, had neglected how she looked, and was quickly gaining weight due to her daily binge eating.

We designed marketing material demonstrating the effectiveness and results of the fitness classes. This marketing material was used online and for local printed advertising. Anna also scheduled interesting content on her business FB page and quickly gained positive attention and engagement.
Because she had not used email marketing, we organized her past and current clients database in an email marketing service and created customer friendly email campaigns, aimed to nurture the relationship with them.

Her client database was organized in an email marketing service. The newly established communication got a very positive response. Although there were no offers in the few first emails communicating the future changes in the clinic’s opening hours, some old clients booked treatments for themselves, as the result of receiving emails. We designed and implemented a new email campaign for activating old patients. Client’s website content was improved and we created a strategy for improving her online presence.
To have more balance in Tracy’s life, meeting people outside business and exercise was deliberately added to her schedule. Daily and weekly accountability supported her to integrate new routines in her life.
The results she gained…
The client shortened her workday from 8am to 2pm and kept her clinic closed on weekends and public holidays. The changes were communicated to her existing patients, who adjusted, and there were no cancellations, nor any decrease in the clinic’s monthly revenue.

Event Management
Our team increased engagement and build rapport by attending the LiveStream chat room all 26 hours of the event, answering every question and responding to almost every comment with affirmation and inquiry. Because of this high-quality interaction, 13 LiveStream participants requested a consult on the second day (11% conversion). From these consults, we closed six for Margaret’s coaching programs (46% close rate) for $116,000 in sales in just 24 hours.
Post-Event Sales
We sold out Margaret’s highest level program within 3 days of the event. The first week after the event, we closed another $132,000.
